The department of hotel management and catering science was established as one of the earliest department in the year of 2010. Till now our department produced more than 50 University rank holders and more than 5 gold medalists.

Industrial training

The objective of industrial training is to provide students the feel of the actual working environment and to gain practical knowledge and skills, which in turn will motivate, develop and build their confidence. Industrial training is also expected to provide the students the basis to identify their key operational area of interest.

Duration

• Summer Batch: Mostly starts from June/July onwards.
•Winter Batch: Mostly starts from September/October onwards.
•3 to 6 months industrial training period based upon the courses

Communication skills

Command over the language (both regional french And English) and familiarity with the industry.

On completion of the course, the placements cover various types within the hospitality industry; be it the airlines sectors or the process outsourcing sectors or the hotel industry including the resorts, catering sectors and the luxury sectors national and international level .
