Placement Procedure

There is a placement office functioning at the college to coordinate with the placement activities. The placement cell sends invitation to the prospective company with relevant information. In response, the company/organization sends back a job announcement form (JAF) containing details on job offers like pay package, place of posting, bonus, and allowance. After verifying such details, the company will be given the date for the campus visit.

Those companies that wish to conduct pre-placement talks can carry out the same with the permission of the placement cell. Moreover, the filled-in JAF will be made available to students to have a clear picture of the job offers. Interested students can appear for the placement process by signing the JAF. Companies can evaluate the resumes of participating students and shortlist them accordingly. Shortlisted candidates can participate in the placement process, and the list of selected students will be informed to the placement cell. Selected students are not allowed to attend the placement process of other companies.

Pre-Placement Procedure

Pre-placement training is another major responsibility of the training and placement cell in SINAC College. They take great care in grooming the soft skills of the students through personality development and soft skill development programmes. Training programmes are offered for pre-final year students. The main objective behind this initiative is to nurture students according to the industry requirement.

The best infrastructure facilities in SINAC College also help in conducting campus placements. The computer labs of the college allow recruiters to conduct online aptitude tests efficiently. Pre-placement talks are arranged in the spacious auditorium incorporated at the institute. The placement process in SINAC College offers a win-win situation for both recruiters and students.
